We experienced some challenges during the process and Karen Cook was great in helping us maneuver through them. She was very much an advocate, educated us so we could make good decisions. Always stayed positive and was overall fantastic to work with. 

I called about her listing, but when we asked about another brokers listing - she did not hesitate to help. We had a previous real estate agent who was not informative and who did not represent the buyer. Any questions asked of Karen Hillis was answered respectfully and explained completely.
